GE Ultrastart 2-Lamp Programmed Start F32T8 ballast

I got this ballast off eBay and installed it in the restroom fixture at my Uncle's auto shop when he had a T8 conversion done a year ago. The restroom light gets switched on and off a countless number of times everyday and I knew in such a case, the lamps would fail quickly on the instant start ballast the electrician normally carried.

Its been over a year now and the lamps still have no visible blackening on the ends.
