M-400A Another M-400A located near my house. There is actually 4 M-400A's, 2 M-250A2's and 1 M-250R2 located in a row on my stretch of street all at 250 watt HPS. The transformer on this pole is the one that feeds my house. This fixture is located in front of my neighbors driveway. Me too! The thing that bothers me though is there are birds living in it so I'm afraid to even call it out if it's cycling.

Climb up there and fix it when it fails. Razz Since you are a utilty worker you know the safe was to do it. I'd be lost if i service lights with no bucket truck. Power doors come in handy when you need to change the ballast with no truck though. Shocked

I would love to fix it but I think HG&E would be a bit upset if they saw a WMECO truck on their poles.

You should contact whoever is in charge of these lights, you might be able to arrange to have it left at your house if/when they change it to LED. I somehow can't picture anyone from the utility company would notice you relamping it, most people would just see the bucket truck and think nothing of it though I still wouldn't recommend it though.

This Light has now been Replaced with a LEOTEK GC1-40c LED Streetlight. I was not home to see this so this light is gone!

I knew I was not going to be home when this got changed out, I don't know anybody who works for Holyoke Gas & Electric so it may be tough.

I saw my power company replacing a McGraw Edison Unistyle 175 in front of my house on December 12, 2008 when they were replacing the old streetlights in my town as requested by the borough.
