That is a Westinghouse HMA-60..there are Two near me...i presume this one should be a 700 or 1000 Watt MV Lamp most likely.

Main St. here in Buffalo used to have these on massive 30 foot ornate S-arm poles with huge transformer bases on them. Those old poles were large enough to support traffic signal span wires as well.

30 foot poles with 6 foot s-curve arms. The reason why I say they are massive is because the poles themselves are about the same size as current four bolt traffic signal span wire poles.

This westinghouse HMA-60 was at the old toll booth of the Pennsylvania Turnpike extension on the New Jersey Tpk. It was rare in NJ!

Yeah there's a old floodlight on it too but I remember seeing that the lamp was missing.

yeah i dont see a lamp in there...it looks like this is Incandescent....i bet it was
