I know a lot of those OVZ (or back then OVC) in my area with ORIGINAL plastic Cooper refractors (just like above) and some has just a HINT of yellowing while others don't have any yellowing at all! They are very similar to the GE refractor.....They are acrylic....which is why they don't yellow fast...
I don't know think this is an OVC. Didn't the OVC have the metalic HPS tags? i know crouse-hinds never used the source name in the corner and they used metalic tags.... Perhaps this was one of the fist OVZ before it got its chubby facelift.
Nope. That light with the snake in it was a Crouse-hinds OVC. It was in the USA and it was painted. The OVC seems to have become the OVZ and the OVS seems to have become the OVX.......
