Ok this and many of my pics are likely going to be deleted due to lack of apparent interest. You guys certainly are more interested in crappy modern HPS fixtures posted by other members.

I see one of the lights is out. What lamp type is the street light that is out? Too bad that side has circuit problems, someone should fix it!

And nice shot, The green Traffic lights almost look as bright as the Street lights. xDD

That string of lights that was out are mercury vapor on a series circuit, it is working now Very Happy

Induction vs good ol' Mercury Vapor - whats your take?

This intersection on Washington Blvd in Culver City was relighted from HPS to induction while the mid-block lighting remains series MV. The MVs have mostly old bulbs though, and the string on the left has circuit problems.
