Philips F96T12/D from '84.
Here's a nice 75W daylight slimline that appeared to still work. However it didn't have vacuum. Since I only want to keep a small stockpile of slimlines for now, I couldn't keep that tube. So I took the time to take a good, clear pic of the etch then disposed of the tube. It probably doesn't even exist anymore, but the most important thing is the etch and a good view of the endcap.

Made in May 1984 in the Philips' Trois-Rivières, Québec factory.
