What does the lamp look like up close....remember the Philips Cosmos has very tiny lamps

I believe I went by this same fixture. Is this in San Marino near Sierra Madre Blvd and Huntington Drive ?
It looked like some type of large-junction LED to me (note the yellow phosphor in the middle)
