I heard MTO's western ON division is starting to use LED too with some cobras and even highmast lights changed out. I'm assuming Caltrans already has some LED in use eh?

CalTrans seems to be using Leoteks mostly although I've also seen a few other manufacturers here and there. I saw these Wednesday when I was on the way to see you and Rick and I thought they were Philips-Hadcos but it was hard to tell exactly what they were while driving by at high speeds.

If they are AELs, they would be probably be the American Electric Autobahn ATB2.
