Form109, I think Westinghouse made both types of glass at one time. I saw historical photos from '50 showing freeways under construction around here in Los Angeles, and the OV20 pendants had the peanut shaped refractors. Yet I remember some cast OV20s from freeways built around '53-'54 and some of them had rounded refractors.
