aren't these M250R1's with the M250's being 250 Watt M400 housings with Poly Refractors?....Anyhoo dallas has quite a few of these.

No...this one is a GE M-250R without the "1" the R1 version is the ones with a bail latch.....this one has a button with thumb latch so its only a "R" good eye on Dave's mistake! But I found YOUR Mistake......but still good correcting though!

I know its a M250R lol. I just habitually call it the M250. This one has a clear merc!

Actually, there is no such thing as the M-250R1. It was called the M-250R. GE seemed to keep the model numbers for some lights....

Update: Seen this at night, this does not work. Edison has a policy that street lights over 15 years old are to be replaced when they need servicing. So this may come down.
