Interesting light! It looks like a Wide-Lite F-series except with an integral ballast.

Nice! I almost got two of these, but they got taken down without me knowing. Sad

I do know of one at a salvage yard that I might get, it is the 1kW version though!

I hope you can get the 1kw version from the salvage yard Niall. It's sad when something gets taken down and you missed it,just recently I missed out on a GE Powr/bracket, Philips Goldfinger, Sylvania or M.E. style Bucket, an unknown brand of wall pack, all thrown out. Crying or Very sad

What's wrong with the ballast? Is it shorted? Does the bulb still work? What brand is it? Is it a /DX?

Hey Andy,the ballast in this fixture is cooked,the lamp is a GE DX made in Hungary which doesn't work.Sure Dave, I will show a pic of this fixture once I get it reballasted. Cool
