Oh I see, it's upward facing... The newer Sun-Tech PCs are so sensitive it's a wonder these upward facing models aren't triggered by a full moon lol.

Yeah this is a NYC photocontrol model. The TRS series photocontrols are standard with a black cover with a north facing window. These are custom made for NYC with clear covers that have been blacked out on the sides to prevent light from around the sides or under the light from turning off the streetlight. This way only light from the sky reaches the eye of the photocontrol.
