Sylvania 17w 3000K Dual-Tube Stick CFL

Here is a Sylvania 17w dual-tube stick-style CFL that I picked up from a thrift store a couple of months back. It is similar to the 20w version, the only difference being that it is slightly shorter, and of course, it consumes less power and probably produces less light. I have included an image showing how tall it is compared to a 75w incandescent. It emits a somewhat greenish 3000K warm white light, but it's not unpleasant. It flickers like crazy when first turned on, and starts like rapid start if warm.
