Protected Left Turn Signal

Here's a Ontario protected left turn signal, the Ontario ones use ball signals for the yellow and red displays on the protected head instead of arrows.
The green on the protected head is an arrow, most cities use a steady green arrow but some places use a flashing green arrow during the left turn kinda like the old Ontario "flashing green" signal.
The flashing green arrows flash at a faster rate than the pedestrian signals (~150 flashes/min)...the same flash rate as the old flashing greens.
There's a second left turn head on the far left of this intersection that's not in the frame.
