Philips/VL 50 watt HPS wallpack

I first saw this on a shelf at a ReStore over a year ago and finally decided to buy it as of 2 weeks ago. It is the same fixture used to make the Philips/Norelco 18 watt MiniSOX LPS wallpacks but was set up for a 50 watt High Pressure Sodium.

The fixture was missing the bulb*, reflector, and some hardware when I found it and the ballast appeared to have overheated but I have since converted this to an 18 watt Low Pressure Sodium.

*Bulb in the fixture is a 100 watt Philips SDW White SON that I put in for this photo
