These were also made in 75w MV according to older spec sheets. Also, if this was in use you probably wouldn't find it on gravel like this. I have only seen them installed on concrete slabs.

They have a bunch of these in front of where I work, though I am 99% sure they are an LED variant instead of a metal halide variant. Some had their tops off exposing the internals on the top but I believe they fixed them.
