Yes sir...we have them in Target, one fixture has two F15T8 apparently, and another one is in some kind of PL style.....I notice they sometimes (not often) relamp them even if it still works, probably because of the UV weakening or something.....and they are actually preheaters for all of them!

And yes sir you see a slumper....

We had in my hostel a bug zapper with two actinic UVA T8s of 20W. One of them gradually got dimmer as it lost the mercury, before producting only purple argon light (Argon-krypton mixture produce a more pinkish white light).
