Nope! Car show. The NC State patrol are showing off some of their vehicles. Was on the same day as the blue light/siren thing on the first pic for this album.

I saw recently in Israel, police patrols with similar LED bars, that have blue and red or blue and orange LED bars.
Most of the car based police patrols in Israel, like most of the taxies here, are Skoda Octavia.

I've seen alot of clear LED light bars on top of newer police cars especially on those Dodge Chargers.
