Nadair wall fixture with a Noma 13W Soft White CFL. I found this fixture along with two more similar at the recycle centre last fall. The CFL in it has been found among burnt out CFLs at the same place and happened to still work! Plus this fixture isn't of the enclosed type and runs lamps base down, the best conditions for a CFL!
