I've noticed a billboard that has two of these that have been disconnected and are hanging upside down, they are only about 5 feet off the ground and if only it wasn't in such a busy place I might consider "rescuing" them.

Oh this is nothing compared to some billboards in downtown Toronto with 8 1KW MH floods shinning up at them Shocked

Yikes.

On a new bridge in Providence that cost over $5 million dollars to make, there are atleast 20 1000w MH sports lighters painted black that are shining up to the sky to illuminate the bridge. When it's foggy, you can see a big beam of light shooting up to the sky. Rolling Eyes

Looks like one of those alien movies with the beam of ligght coming from the UFO. Laughing

Lets not forget the cycling OVFs lighting the roadway on the bridge as well. Confused
