LED light fixutres outdoors

This is at my college, this is where my class will take place, including at night, for lab class....

Note the panel box on the far right post....I was there to help install this thing, including some digging for underground wiring! This thing is already powered, but the LED light fixtures are not yet wired to this panel box, nor is fully complete. So temporarily those LED light fixtures are powered by plugging in an outlet that's behind me.

I am not sure about the brands or models but they are 23 watts each and lights up between 5000 k to 6500 k
