Do yourself a favor....learn my mistakes...NEVER TAKE IT APART!!! and do not ATTEMPT to power it without the bulb (the glass part) on it....or the ballast will just kill itself for some reason....I attempted to take it apart...turned it on and put the glass on and it did go on and off while moving it but somehow it committed suicide! That's what I get for being curious!

Oh yeah no worries,I won't 'dissect' it.It's working great and I wouldn't want to ruin it.
