This is the same fixture the first Norelco lamp I ever saw was in...I have the lamp too now. Oddly, this ballast lights only one lamp, and at full brightness. Any ideas why?
Hmm interesting. BTW, this is a NPF ballast. it even says it on the ballast. I think LPF ballasts have capacitors just like HPF to lower the power factor.
I'm almost certain they don't hence the smaller size compared to a HPF one.
