Brinks twist lock photocontroller

Brought this photocell Thursday at Walmart for a $1. Tested it using the unsafe method (which you shouldn't do, which I didn't have a fixture with a photocell receptacle, nor a photocontroller receptacle) by wrapping 18AWG stranded wire around the prongs of the controller to a socket with a LED bulb as the load.

Actual delay time:

Off: 26 seconds
On: 28 seconds

So this is my first controller that I now have.
