Here's a post-CGE F40D Mainlighter. The interesting fact is that the Mainlighter name was used a lot later in Canada, well into the 90s.
I have two of these, one has an open electrode and this one whose pins need repairs. Except that, it works like a charm and is even (if not close to) NOS!
It is probably going to be used somewhere in by basement.
