Neon sign "The Lantern"
The entrance to a well known passage with the underground cinema of the same name. Those circular fixtures are fluorescents (probably 2D shape). Don't know what's in the lantern.

Those blue neon light sign are ususally Mercury filled Wink

I don't know much about them but I wanted to take a picture until some "wise men" find it not enough energy saving and replace it by LEDs.
Don't know how it is in the U.S.A. but here neon signs are almost extinct. Crying or Very sad
