This is a dayburner PC that would spark when it saw daylight so I gutted it to use as a shorting cap. This actually had a light blue cover but I swapped the cover with this one that came off the crescent moon light from Steve. Since this cover has a hole in it, I didn't want it on a working PC since it might short it out. But there's no way to really kill a shorting cap since I put liquid electrical tape over the neutral, so this thing could be waterlogged and nothing would happen.
