This fuel station located in Hadar city center in Haifa city and have F96T12 110W HO -O fluorescent lamps.
These lamps all operated by Eltam or Shaingout rapid-start ballasts.
In this picture of this station from 8.apr.2010, you can see two lamps that reached EOL continues to operate.
One lamp is dim and flickers with the mains.
The half lit lamp have what is known as a partial discharge.
Both lamps operates beyond their EOL with broken electrodes and without emitter coating.
