Those Of ice depo - please fix your lights!

The sign is only one sign of bad maintenance in this place. What you can't see is why it is dark below the sign: The front display windows were never used to display anything, but they were lit by a continuous row of F32T8x2 striplights on both sides of the entry door. Those lights burned 24/7 and I watched the tubes burn out one-by-one over the years. They are still powered on right now....all 16 tubes dead with no vacuum, and perhaps the electronic ballasts too.
