That's some expensive street art! Even basic grade surveillance cameras are not cheap! Shocked Unless these are all fake cameras...

They might also have been saved from a demolition or remodel.

I wonder if they used decoy cameras for most of them. Maybe there's only one real camera lol. That or they got a bunch of used non HD cameras from a place that upgraded to HD.
