Fixture label mockup

Well I created a file using photoshop and made a mockup label, right now the label is just printed paper with tape over it to see how it works, so now I am going to ask you all, how does it look? Inspired by Mike's IMAGE HERE(<---Click) label he had on the M-400 A2 he gave to darren, but nothing compared to how professional his is, by the way, what program did you use to make it?
But here is mine, since the make and model of the light are not known I put "Unknown" for that. when I get a finalized label thing it will look much better, well at least how it's on there, laminated and stuck on like a sticker, kinda like how I did the OVXs.
Any thoughts?

I used publisher 2003 to make my labels. I use it for all my McCann Lighting stuff and NEMA tags. No fancy programs or anything.
