Do you have to pay for using to fill the tires?

Getting free tire filling are getting rare in USA.

The air filling is free in Israel. Otherwise the contol panel would show an air cost like the control panel in the fuel pumps.
The fuel companies pay for this in Israel.
The paying is for the electricity that the air compressor in the air pump consumes.
