Medium voltage insulators.

Two of them are dead end modern insulators used today, which are used very common here in IREA territory, IREA uses 7.2 KV for their medium voltage lines. Xcel energy uses 13 KV so they have more and bigger insulators.
The one on the top is a small porcelain tie tip insulator mainy used for ground wires, Or low voltage.. I think.

The pole behind my house has three of these insulators that you see in this picture connected onto them. I could get a pic of it now.
