M-250R with a flat glass stuck in
This was done back when NGrid was using flat glasses a replacements for damaged or missing refractors. This one has a fairly bright lamp since it was relamped about 7  years ago becuase it was completly out, but it's not as bright as the one in front of my grandparents's house that was relamped recently.

These lights were replaced by HPS about a week ago. NGrid did a sweep down the road and replaced all the lights with HPS. Sad
