I don't see the bulbs. Is this light not in use or are the bulbs in more?

The bulbs would be in the bottom, note there are cone shaped mirrors on the top that reflects the light down.......similar to those LED lantern style...for camping

No, I've seen ones that are exactly like this exept they're french toast, not flapjacks. Razz Laughing The glass is the same height as this.
