The 3 like fixtures are American Electric Model 125’s and the oddball looks to be a Cooper Lighting OVL or a westinghouse OV-50 and could be 1000 watts. The OV-50 became the OVL when cooper/crouse hinds bought out Westinghouse streetlights back in the early 1980’s.
Cooper kept the OV50 designation until 1985 when the OVS and OVM were introduced and the OV50 housing began to be painted in grey. Later OVLs had the P-Cell relocated back to the original Westinghouse location.
I've seen a parking lot with the few of the 1st generation OVLs, with the rear facing PC. Can't recall if I've ever seen the newer generation OVL though.
