Before and After the change out
As you can see here (this is at the same intersection at TX 242), TXDOT is doing mass changeouts to LED. The one at the left is a GE M400 HPS fixture, and it got replaced by (the picture on the right) a Greenstar Avenger Series AV-12 LED fixture. A significant downgrade.
