Bay Bridge Toll Plaza c. 1980 (old incandescent, mercury and fluorescent street lights!)

You can see the GE Form 101 incandescents on the left (in tandem with mercury fixtures), and the fluorescents on the right. The incandescents on the left were common on 40s and 50s built portions of the San Francisco Bay Area freeways until the 80s. Today, the toll plaza is lit by HPS high masts.
