50 watt HPS streetlight
This streetlight is placed right outside the place I live. A couple of years ago it replaced a 80 or possibly 125 watt mercury vapor lamp fixture. This one gives much more light because the one it replaced didn't have a real directional reflector (it emitted uniform brightness 360 degrees around the lamp) and its plastic was very dirty.
I do not like this model. They are of low quality. The metal is very thin, and this one is held together by tape!
I have seen the same model with mercury lamps once.
