Thanks Mike! Cool I found it on eBay. Yes NOS, just missing the ballast. I installed a 250W HPS ballast into it.

Ah almost better that it didn't have the ballast since I'm sure it saved you on shipping. Nice thing about these is you can literally fit just about any ballast inside because of the mounting set-up. I was able to easily convert my 1979 boxy OV-15 to induction because of the threaded rod and flat bar ballast mount. I wish more fixtures had that set-up.

Yes it certainly saved me on shipping! Nice! Yes the mounting set-up made it easy to install the ballast.
