No, it has been removed for scrapping and what took place...was a Durastar! So no more Form 109....

And yeah Joe....Form109 is wired up wrong...that's for sure...why...its a HPS and it's magnetic coil hasn't been disconnected which was only designed for AH-1 lamps!

im wired perfectly fine!...still burning a Clear Mercury Lamp and the original ballast and PC at that!

Lets see now form 109 was recycled and is now the new stop sign on my street. A led fixture took his place.

And a M-250R2 was replaced by a OV 15

Darren, can you take a few pics of the inside? I think I'm getting a M-250A2 100w MV FCO (the first gen with the flat front). The one I'm getting is different than yours, but just so I can get a good look at what I'm getting.
