Still Incandescent!
There are two of these signals at the train station in Attleboro. The've been in flash mode since i was a little kid. they used to run these but there's probably no need for them anymore... they still get relamped too. I don't see why they'd spend the moeny on converting them to LED, even if they just convert the yellows on this side and the reds on the other. the ped signals are the fiberoptic ones that RI had used too. Man I'd love one of those...

do you see any incandescent traffic signals left in little rhody? i didnt see a single one when i was there last august but i saw one inc yellow in mass.

Not really. There are a few missouts (typically yellows) but 95% of the signals here are LEDs. It's been a while since i've seen a fully incandescent intersection here. Mass has a few incandescent intersections around here but they're getting killed off by instersecion upgrades.

Interesting...I want one of those fibre optic ped modules too especially if they're the WALK DONT WALK style.

Over here in the Toronto area, there's a very few full incandescent missouts but I've seen a lot of inc ambers and beacons. I think they're converting them to LED as the bulbs fail though.

There are a lot lot of incandescent traffic lights in MD still incandescent, about 25%-35% are still incandescent

quite a few here, they seem to be replaced in groups, mostly the big/busy intersections get LED, others are incandescent
