I've seen some chevron signs with blinking yellow LEDs in them.

Its made by Tapco in Wisconsin. They are VERY expensive and arent really any more noticable that a regular stop sign

I have a mini version of this that runs off watch batteries. It used to be a necklass but it broke off so i use it in the scale cities i make. It's probably 1-1/2" by 1-1/2".
