The upper white triangle sign with a red square means: Give right of way.
The lower sign means: No turn (Don't turn by this arrow).
The traffic lights are all incandescent.
Most the lights in the background (Highmast lanterns and the Haifa harbor lighting) uses 400W HPS lamps except the street lights that uses european tri-band 250W MH lamps.
