Here's a traffic light with clear lenses that has a red module out,most traffic lights here in Western Canada are green with reflective yellow trims,but this one is all yellow and with a black finish instead of bare galvanized.
How common are 12-12-12 signals in BC? Over here in Ontario in depends on the city but most still use the old 12-8-8 lights with 12-12-12 only used on rural highways and for Toronto arrow lights. In fact we still have some old 8-8-8 lights hanging around.
