Look like you got the Yellow Dialight LED Module. Now you need to find a red one.

Nope, it is a Leotek Yellow LED module. I am about to upload the label on it, and the insides. It is way different than my green dialight, The design is way different, except for the refractor part. Plus instead of the refractor part glued in, this one has screws.

Looks like a Runway Guard Light (also known as a Wig-Wag) they are two flashing amber lights to warn Airciaft they are entering a Active Runway see HERE
