very clean on the inside indeed....does it still meet the requirements to have a Single Four Way at an intersection?

No. Two signal faces minimum are allowed by the MUTCD. Fixed four ways became obsolete when it was easier to just manufacture and purchase adjustable signals and connect them with brackets and pipes.

well Idabel,Oklahoma still has a few intersections in it's downtown that i recall are still controlled by Single Fixed-Face Four Ways....they must not enforce it or care.
