Short Finding
A call that this intersection was on flash led to trying to locate a shorted "Walk" indication, since this was a full LED installed intersection and there were two field out put wires for phase 4 I put a 69w TS in series and found which wire had the short, and later found it pinched in the pole.

What equipment do you guys run in that cabinet? Eagle, Econolite, etc? TS2 or TS1? I hate shorts. I had one short at the facility on phase 2 (side street) causing a hanging neutral and then another at a splice box. Nothing like a little troubleshooting!! Conflict Monitor wants everything perfect!!!

@Nick: This is an Econolite TS1 no BIU to output, loadswitches. This was repaired shortly after this picture, it was a pinched wire shorting to ground.
