Main Street

This is the Main Street side of the collection. This is the coordinated phase that everything falls back to when calls are lost on the detectors. When no calls are placed to any camera the main phase is in a Green Rest. The only thing video actuated is the left turn signal. In this photo, permissive yellow arrow flashing is omitted by a controller event.

The pedestrian signals are in a recall mode and just went into flashing dont walk mode. Pedestrian service recycles at the coord sync if there's no call
