Back to back doghouse signals made by General Traffic Equipment (GTE). Both are plastic and use GE GT-1 LED fixtures. It should be noted that GTE directly copied the designs of EAGLE for their 8 and 12 inch signals.
These are plastic first of all. GTE has their logo on the back (hard to tell in this pic), the doors are different. Look at an Eagle door and look at these.
